Membership Discretion and Refund Policy: I acknowledge and agree that InvestKaar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or terminate membership. In cases of disciplinary issues:

• If the membership has not exceeded 15 days, a full refund will be processed after deducting transaction costs.
• If the membership has exceeded 15 days, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining unused days of the membership, after deducting transaction costs.

Limitation of Investment Advice: I understand and agree that InvestKaar does not provide specific buy or sell recommendations for individual stocks or sectors. Furthermore, InvestKaar does not offer advice on the timing of investments or trades.

Correctness of Information: I verify that the information I provide is correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of my membership without any refunds.
